Before Lil' Wayne ever called himself one, the dudes of Run-DMC originated the "rock star" mentality in hip-hop. And now it all pays off.

Big congrats to Joseph "Run" Simmons and Darryl "DMC" McDaniels for their 2009 induction into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame!

Man, I wish Jam Master Jay could be here to witness this culmination of the group's hard work to put rap music on the main stage. R.I.P.

I'll be rockin my Run-DMC shirt all day tonight after work and playing this the instant I get in the whip, can't wait!
