Pepsi Proper NYC

.. Since I'll most likely be snowed in tonight, I don't think I'll be making the trip to the city unless the weather breaks. Even so, I might swing through the Pepsi Proper Tour NYC Retail Clothing/ Music event tomorrow.

Held at the Open House Gallery, the Pepsi Proper Tour features a pop-up store full of big names in clothing during the day like Hellz, Absurd, Rockport, & Commonwealth plus night-time entertainment from DJ Neil Armstrong (Jay-Z's tour DJ) and DJ Mick Boogie among others on the 1's and 2's.

The pop-up gallery is from 12-7 PM and the DJ's rock from 9 'til midnight. If I go, I'll be sure to let y'all know how it is, thanks to Hypebeast for the flyer!

Imaginary Foundation

For anyone searching for a dope T-shirt to give a unique person in your life or if you're just looking for a creative look, peep game.

Mick Boogie and the good folks at Press Play Fashion Forward hooked up a link to The Rumplo Holiday T-Shirt Guide, which is dope itself to find a last-minute fashion item for the holidays.

From there, I found my way to eclectic gear site Imaginary Foundation - and I gotta say I'm impressed by their designs enough to consider placing an order right quick. The only catch is that they're kinda expensive, hitting you up for 30 bucks a pop.

.. Imagine that. Good looks to the homie Mick Boogie for putting me on to this humorous ish. Remember when 'Yeezy said he wanted to intern for Louis Vuitton or Raf Simons? No? Don't worry, I got you covered - he announced his designer aspirations a couple weeks back.

So, the funny-ass dudes over at Complex's blog decided to run-down what a day of "Kanye The Intern" would be like.. Classic.

8:47 AM
Ye gets to work 13 minutes early—but doesn’t actually make it into the office until 9:20 after he’s informed that Intern Valet Parking doesn’t exist.

9:23 AM
• ‘Ye’s new boss asks him to go out for coffee. Surprisingly, Kanye agrees and returns 10 minutes later with the order perfectly executed, including change and receipt.

• ‘Ye sends out his first company-wide, subject-only email: “HOW FUCKING HOT WAS THAT COFFEE???!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!”

• Kanye satisfactorily finishes assignment (after 15-minute break to send Don C out to pick up Louis Vuitton Band-Aids for his paper cut).

• Kanye sends out second company-wide, subject-only email: “THANK YOU EVERYBODY FOR MAKING MY FIRST COPYING ASSIGNMENT NUMBER ONE IN THIS COMPANY’S HISTORY, EVER!!!! I SENT A COPY OF MY COPIES TO MY BOY FROM THE A AND HE SAYS THE STAPLES ARE PERFECT!!! THIS IS A COPYING AND STAPLING JOB NOBODY CAN FRONT ON!!! I’VE BEEN HEARING THAT STREET NIGGAS THAT HAD CONVERTED TO ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE ONLY ARE GOING BACK TO PAPER ON THE STRENGTH OF MY JOB!
